My name is Melvin Salas, and this is my little corner of the internet.

I was born and raised in Costa Rica. I never thought I would leave my beautiful country, but due to a series of circumstances, I began my journey as an immigrant across Europe in 2022, and it is still ongoing. I currently live in Spain, and I’m not entirely sure where I’ll end up in the future.

I can say that I love trains, but I hate flying. Even so, I’ve found ways to travel, and through that I’ve created a space called /postcards, which is like a mural where I share the places I’ve visited, so feel free to take a look.

This is my small space on the internet. This domain, which I’ve been faithfully paying for since 2010, has become the home of multiple projects. Right now, it’s a blog hosted on Bear, which means I don’t have to worry about anything other than writing and occasionally tweaking the CSS, simply because I want to and I can.
