nativity scenes
Given that in my culture the Christmas season is closely associated with the birth of Jesus, I grew up setting up nativity scenes during my childhood, so for me, seeing them immediately means that it is Christmas, and it is not unusual for me to see them at this time of year.

However, the culture of nativity scenes in Spain goes a bit further than what I am used to. There are nativity exhibitions, the city council displays a large nativity scene that it proudly shows to visitors, and there are even live nativity performances in various parts of the country, which I find fascinating.
This year, due to the rains, some outdoor events I wanted to attend were canceled, so I had to settle for seeing indoor events near my home. These reflect both the Christmas spirit and the dedication of the volunteers who, with great care, put together those nativity scenes for the enjoyment of visitors.
