My Maltese Sojourn
So, it's been 8 months since I packed my bags and moved to Malta, and honestly, I don't have a whole lot to spill. At first, I thought it might've been a major oopsie, but as time goes by, I'm starting to see it as a part of the adventure I was low-key meant to have.
Adjusting to a new place is always a bit of a wild ride, you know? Dealing with the food and the people, but for me, it's been kinda chill. I'm pretty social and all, but TBH, I think I secretly dig my alone time more than I'd ever admit.
So, what's the tea? The food here is good, the peeps are friendly, and the weather? Well, let's just say, I've been taking two showers a day for months, but I've somehow learned to vibe with the heat.
I can say for sure that this ain't gonna be the place where I ride off into the sunset, but every time I step out onto these streets, I feel pretty darn good. The bustling streets and those old-school buildings make it feel like I'm time-traveling, you know? Takes me to a place I've never been, yet somehow it's familiar.
