Metro Vibes

Public transport is like the backbone of a community, but honestly, it’s one of the most overlooked things in so many countries I’ve been to. It’s super essential for breaking down transport barriers between different social classes, giving everyone a solid and affordable way to get to work, home, and hangout spots without any hassle.

Barcelona Metro

I grew up in a place with no trains, no metro, just a pretty whack transport system. It wasn’t the worst, but it definitely had room for improvement. Then, later in life, I discovered countries with trains in their major cities, and I was totally vibing with it. Being able to zip from one spot to another in minutes instead of hours? Total game changer.

But what really blew my mind was the whole vibe of it—like the color-coded systems, the station names, the on-point schedules, the orderliness... it’s this wild mix of micro-processes that, when combined with a passenger train, makes the whole system feel almost magical ✨

Now that I’m living in a city with a metro for the first time, every time I hop on, I feel like I’m part of this underground magic world where the sun doesn’t shine, but elegance and efficiency totally do... うるうる
