Install drivers availables on the web

Security settings prevent the Wacom Software from porting an event
Step 1
Open Security Privacy > Privacy Tab > scroll to Input Monitoring
Step 2
Drag the apps from /Applications/Wacom Tablet.localized/.Tablet (or /Applications/Wacom Tablet.localized/.Tablet) to Input Monitoring list
Step 3
Scroll to Accessibility and remove com.wacom.IOManager
Step 4
Drag the apps com.wacom.IOManager from /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools to Accessibility list and uncheckit an checkit again
Step 5
Restart computer
